We offer FREE Australian standard shipping for orders over $49 and FREE express shipping for orders over $120.
Standard shipping for orders below $49 will incur a flat rate of $10 via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time frame of 2 to 5 business days from the date your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
Express shipping for orders under $120 will incur a flat fee of $15 Australia wide, with a lead time of 1-2 business days from the date your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
*There may be a slight delay in dispatching your order during public holidays and peak periods. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your order to be sent.
Requests for change of address must be made directly with nailsthetic prior to your order being shipped. If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post, nailsthetic will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. This includes editing your shipping address and adding or removing items from your order. If a parcel is undelivered and return-to-sender, a $15 flat rate is charged for redelivery. This fee covers the cost of reshipping the package. It's important to note that no refunds are issued for uncollected or lost items.
